The Hook reference because the voice actor and the actor are the same did not go on notice lol. I just love how the community of avatar is still alive after all these years. Iroh does it again. I have to admit, the thing I disliked most about this is that they got firebending wrong. Firebenders are supposed to be able to conjure their element at will, they're the only nation who can and that combined with it's destructive nature is what makes them a threat. Instead the movie just makes them manipulate fire, and then has to contrive ways for them to achieve that in the Arctic. Stupid.

Reminds me of how popular anime in Japan sometimes parody themselves in short miniseries called 'omake.

I love 10:40 so much, I feel like it shows Aangs power without the avatar state and all his work from season 2 paid off. They did this part so well...

What movie? There was no movie based on The last Airbender. I don't know what you're talking about. (Sees its only 5:07 minutes) me: “youre shorter than I expected.”. I've never seen this movie, or anything related to Avatar. And I'm honestly baffled at how great these trailers are for a seemingly awful movie. Imagine how dirty theyd treat me if they made a movie on book two. Oh boy! They're finally covering this series, but in the spirit of this channel I'm going to have to give them a sin for waiting so long and only covering it because Netflix only just recently added this to their streaming service. Like to add another sin for doing this episode instead of The Great Divide.

One thing I've noticed recently about Avatar is that it's the only show I know of where every single episode is entertaining from start to finish. There's so many shows I've watched where, lots of episodes are boring filler, unfunny or just horribly done. With Avatar every episode is so entertaining it feels like the writers just said, What's the most interesting, and craziest idea we can think of? Let's put it in and make it work.

Am I so glad I never saw this movie

All of the elements have incredible capabilities and possibilities that are life threatenings Water - Blood bending Air - You could potentially suck the air out of someones lungs so they die Fire - Idea: Put your hands over someones mouth and shoot flames into their mouth. Sounds psychotic but deadly. Earth - Theoretically you could control the iron in someones blood with metal bending. The technology of the site allows you to play movies without problems even through a Smart TV. I tink naruto can bet anng.

Man I remembered when this aired on tv. Still get the chills.

 

The pronunciation of Aang in this film sounds like someone pushing out a titanic shit

Ironically I actually bought the whole series on blueray not that long ago and knew deep down in my heart that Netflix was gonna stream it once I did so. Not that I regret it this show is worth it. If he really want to know how Appa can fly its more less just putting two and two together. Perhaps Appa can airbend as well since he is native to the air nomands.

Dont forget they made the black characters “white”. That “to be continued” at the end always got me, like its pretty obvious youre gonna have more than one episode. Man that's weird just 5 minutes of nothing. When I was in school some of my friends told me about the show and how awesome it was, but I ended up watching the movie before seeing a single episode of the show and it completely ruined the show for me. To this day I still haven't seen a single episode of the show.
